摘要:
目的：探讨温针灸护理疼痛控制对骨伤患者的临床疗效。方法：选取骨伤术后患者 120 例为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各 60 例。两组患者均以口服塞来昔布胶囊药物治疗为基础，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理下加用温针灸，比较两组的疼痛程度总积分、疼痛持续时间及生活质量情况。结果：观察组疼痛护理效果及生活质量明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：温针灸护理对骨伤术后患者疼痛控制作用明显，可有效缩短患者疼痛时间，提高患者的生活质量，值得推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of warm acupuncture nursing pain control on patients with bone fracture.Methods: 120 patients with bone fracture were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases of each group. The two groups were treated with celecoxib capsules orally. The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture under routine nursing. The total score of pain, duration of pain and qualityof life were compared between the two groups. Results: The pain nursing effect and quality of life in the observation group weresignificantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Warm acupuncture has obvious effect on pain control of patientswith bone fracture, which can effectively shorten the pain time of patients and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy ofpopularization and application.
