In order to avoid the distortion of measurement results caused by unrepresentativeness of oil sampling in themeasurement and acceptance of petrochemical industry. Based on the sampling method stipulated in GB/T 4756-2015 and the optimizedsampling method of standard volume ratio, the differences between the standard density and the theoretical standard density of oilproducts were studied and the loss of measurement and acceptance was analyzed. The results show that the optimized sampling methodis more representative and less error in measurement results. It has important reference value for the measurement and acceptance ofpetrochemical industry.
