摘要:
】随着社会不断的进步，人民群众对医疗服务质量也提出了更高的要求。在新医改背景下，传统的后勤管理模式远远不能满足现代医疗的发展。文章分析了现在医院后勤管理体制存在的问题，并通过具体分析，探讨符合我国国情的有效现代医院后勤管理体系。
Abstract:
With the continuous progress of the society, the people put forward higher requirements for the quality of medical service.Under the background of the new medical reform, the traditional logistics management model is far from satisfying the development ofmodern medical care. This paper analyzes the existing problems of the hospital logistics management system and discusses the effectivemodern hospital logistics management system in accordance with China’s national conditions.
