摘要:
加强土地整改项目施工，是推动国土资源开发、促进基础建设的重要途径。建立较为可行的土地整治项目施工管理体系,通过体系的理论来指导土地整治项目工程质量施工，能够取得更高质量的土地整治效果。文章将重点研究土地整治项目工程质量施工管理，从不同管理角度探讨关键因素的处理，为构建土地整治项目工程管理体系提供新思路。
Abstract:
Strengthening the construction of land consolidation and reform projects is an important way to promote land andresources development and infrastructure construction. Establishing a more feasible construction management system for landconsolidation projects and guiding the quality construction of land consolidation projects through system theory can achieve higherquality land consolidation effect. This paper will focus on the quality construction management of land consolidation project, discuss thetreatment of key factors from different management angles, and provide new ideas for the construction of land consolidation projectengineering management system.
