摘要:
养老问题成为社会突出的问题，随着新一代信息技术的发展，智慧社区的建设，为社区养老提供更专业的服务。文章选取南宁市两个社区作为样本，调查老人对智慧社区养老服务需求的现状。调查结果显示，社区的老年人对养老服务的需求程度依次是基本生活服务、医疗服务、健康服务、精神社交服务。针对不同的服务需求，建议智慧社区的平台建设要注重养老服务机构、社区、医院等机构的资源互联互通，要配备相应的智能产品以及相应的智能系统对老人进行服务，要突出对健康信息的筛选和有针对性地推送，要重视老人的情感支持系统和社会支持系统的搭建。
Abstract:
Elderly care has become a prominent social problem. With the development of the new generation of informationtechnology, the construction of intelligent community provides more professional services for community old-age care. This paper selectedtwo communities in Nanning as samples to investigate the current situation of elderly people’s demand for intelligent community elderlycare services. The survey results show that the elderly in the community need basic life services, medical services, health services, mentalsocial services in turn. In view of different service needs, it is suggested that the platform construction of intelligent community should payattention to the interconnection and interoperability of resources of pension service institutions, communities, hospitals and otherinstitutions, equip corresponding intelligent products and corresponding intelligent systems to serve the elderly, highlight the screening andtargeted delivery of health information, and attach importance to the construction of emotional support system and social support systemfor the elderly.
