摘要:
新时代下，财务共享服务成为了我国企业财务管理发展的趋势，也是我国企业财务管理发展的必然要求，在财务共享要求下确保财务人员转型发展，才能更好地完成现代化的财务工作。文章结合财务工作实践及相关研究，探讨了新时代下财务人员的转型路径和发展，以供参考。
Abstract:
In the new era, financial sharing service has become the trend of the development of financial management of enterprisesin China, and it is also the inevitable requirement of the development of financial management of enterprises. Only by ensuring thetransformation and development of financial personnel under the requirements of financial sharing, can we better complete the modernfinancial work. Based on financial work practice and related research, this paper explores the transformation path and development offinancial personnel in the new era for reference.
