目的:探讨 PBL 教学方法结合 SimMan 模拟人在临床住培医师生心内科电复律教学中的应用效果。方法:将82 名住培生随机分为试验组(PBL 结合 SimMan 模拟人)和对照组(传统教学法结合普通模拟人)进行电复律技能培训,培训后行理论和技能考核,并对学员进行教学效果问卷调查,以评价两种教学方法的应用效果。结果:试验组学员的理论和技能成绩均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组教学效果调查比较,试验组学员持肯定态度的比例明显高于对照组的学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用 PBL 结合 SimMan 模拟人进行住培生电复律技能培训,可提高学生的临床急救技能及综合能力。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method combined with SimMan simulator in the teaching ofelectrocardioversion in clinical resident physicians. Methods: 82 clinical resident physicians were randomly divided into experimentalgroup (PBL combined with SimMan simulator) and control group (traditional teaching method combined with ordinary simulator) forelectrocardioversion skills training, theory and skills assessment after training, and teaching effect questionnaire survey was conducted toevaluate the application effect of the two teaching methods. Result: The theoretical and skill scores of the experimental group weresignificantly better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The proportion of positiveattitude of the students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the students in the control group, and thedifference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: PBL combined with SimMan simulator can improve students’ clinical firstaid skills and comprehensive ability.
