摘要:
建立了一种测定钨矿石中锡的方法。具体过程为:锌粉-硼酸-硼砂熔融,盐酸浸取,铝片还原,再用碘酸钾滴定法测定钨矿的锡。该分析方法结果稳定,精密度好,标准偏差在 0.005%~0.0294%。分析结果能够满足钨矿中锡,或者是含钨锡矿的测定要求,缩短了除杂过程,避免了钨被还原、导致溶液变黑,影响测定的问题。
Abstract:
A method for the determination of tin in tungsten ores has been established. The specific processes are: melting of zincpowder-boric acid-borax, hydrochloric acid leaching, reduction of aluminium sheets, and titration of tin in tungsten ores with potassiumiodate. The results of this method are stable and accurate with standard deviations ranging from 0.005% to 0.0294%. The analysis resultscan meet the determination requirements of tin in tungsten ore or tungsten-containing tin ore, shorten the impurity removal process andavoid the reduction of tungsten, resulting in solution blackening and affecting the determination.
