摘要:
目的:制备竹盐片并对其质量进行评价。方法:采用沉淀滴定法测定竹盐中 NaCl 含量,通过湿法制粒压片法制备竹盐片,对竹盐片的硬度、脆碎度、片重差异、崩解时限以及体外溶出度进行评价。结果:竹盐片最佳处方及比例为竹盐 100g,糊精 80g、淀粉 55g、微晶纤维素 63.5g、滑石粉 1.5g 和 30%乙醇适量。在人工肠液中,累积释药 50%的时间为 7.31min,45min内可溶解 90%以上。结论:竹盐片制备工艺简单,质量可靠。
Abstract:
Objective: To prepare bamboo salt tablets and evaluate their quality. Method: Bamboo salt tablets were prepared by wetgranulation and compression, the content of NaCl in bamboo salt tablets was determined by precipitation titration. The hardness, fragility,weight difference, disintegration time and dissolution in vitro of bamboo salt tablets were evaluated. Results: The optimum prescription andproportion of bamboo salt tablets was: 100g bamboo salt, 80g dextrin, 55g starch, 63.5g microcrystalline cellulose, 1.5g talcum powder and30% ethanol in moderation. In artificial intestinal fluid, the cumulative release time of 50% was 7.31 min, and more than 90% could bedissolved in 45 min. Conclusion: The preparation of bamboo salt tablets is simple and reliable in quality.
