摘要:
土地集约利用是土地利用的基本原则，是解决人地矛盾的重要途径，边境地区城镇具有特殊性，对土地利用具有特殊要求。文章以凭祥市为例，基于凭祥市边境特色构建评价模型，结合凭祥市 2008-2016 年相关社会经济数据，以熵值法客观计算指标权重，使用综合评价法对凭祥市土地利用情况进行评价。通过障碍因素分析法发现，近年土地利用程度和土地可持续性对凭祥市土地高效集约利用障碍较大。最后，结合凭祥市当地土地利用情况针对生态及利用程度方面提出模式创新和实现途径，为凭祥市的土地高效集约利用提供理论依据及新思路。
Abstract:
Intensive utilization is the basic principle of land use and an important way to resolve the contradiction between people andland. The towns in the border areas have their own special characteristics and special requirements for land use. Taking Pingxiang City asan example, an evaluation model was constructed based on its border characteristics and the index weight objectively calculated by theentropy method based on the relevant socio-economic data of Pingxiang City from 2008 to 2016. The utilization of land in Pingxiang Citywas evaluated by the method of comprehensive evaluation. Through the analysis of obstacle factors, it is found that in recent years, thedegree of land use and land sustainability have great obstacles to the efficient and intensive utilization of land in Pingxiang City. Finally,according to the local land use situation in Pingxiang City, the mode innovation and the way to realize it in terms of ecology and utilizationdegree were put forward, which provides theoretical basis and new ideas for the efficient and intensive use of land in Pingxiang city.
