摘要:
高校图书馆图书捐赠工作是指面向本校教师、校友及社会各界人士征集、接受图书捐赠，并进行整理、收藏、宣传，以其获得充分地再利用。图书捐赠是高校图书馆文献来源的重要渠道之一，是开拓经费来源和发展馆藏的一种重要渠道。许多高校由于各种原因与条件限制等因素，存在管理流程不规范、宣传力度弱、利用率低的缺点。文章以桂林电子科技大学图书馆为例，结合工作实际，对图书捐赠管理工作现状进行分析及探讨如何更好地完善工作。
Abstract:
The book-donation of university library refers to the collection and acceptance of book donation from teachers, alumniand all parts of society, and arranging, collecting and publicizing them so as to make full use of them. Book donation is one of theimportant sources of literature in university libraries. It is also an important channel for opening up sources of funds and developingcollections. Due to various reasons and conditions, many colleges and universities have some shortcomings, such as irregularmanagement process, weak publicity and low utilization rate. Taking the library of Guilin University of Electronic Science andTechnology as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of book donation management and discussed how to improve thework.
