摘要:
广西科技创新券管理系统是实现创新券的申请、审核、发放、兑现的全流程管理系统，通过对原始数据进行统一的编码、制定统一的数据标准，实现了管理过程化、全程留痕、动态扩展、信息可追溯等实时监督和实时管理的原则，并且针对系统各个功能模块设计做了图文分析及详细流程描述。
Abstract:
Guangxi Science and Technology Innovation Ticket Management System is the full flow management system to realize theapplication, audit, issuance and cash of innovation ticket. Through the unified coding of original data and the formulation of unified datastandards, it achieves the principles of real-time measurement and real-time management, such as management process, whole-processtracing, dynamic expansion, information traceability and so on. And for each function module design of the system, the graphic analysisand detailed flow description are made.
