摘要:
目的:个性化便签在妇科健康教育中的应用效果。方法:选择 200 例于 2018 年 1 月至 6 月在广西壮族自治区民族医院妇科住院的患者分为对照组和观察组各 100 例,对照组采用常规健康教育方式,观察组在常规健康教育基础上加上个性化便签,观察比较两组健康教育知晓率和依从性。结果:观察组各项健康教育知晓率及依从性均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化便签可提高妇科住院患者的健康教育知晓率,提高患者依从性,促进患者的康复。
Abstract:
Objective: Application effect of personalized notes in gynecological health education. Methods: From January to June 2018,200 gynecological patients in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Ethnic Hospital were selected and divided into the control group andthe observation group with 100 cases each group. The control group adopted conventional health education, and the observation groupadded personalized notes on the basis of conventional health education. The awareness rate and compliance of health education of the twogroups were observed and compared. Results: The awareness rate and compliance of health education in the observation group were higherthan those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Personalized notes can improve thehealth education awareness rate of gynecological inpatients, improve patient compliance, and promote patient rehabilitation.
