摘要:
食堂工作是学校后勤服务工作的重要组成部分。不仅学校师生非常关注,家长和社会也非常关注。但目前学校食堂所需主副食仍然以传统的自购自送模式或者是与供应商签约供应为主。这种方式,不仅在一定程度上浪费了人力物力资源,还存食品配送质量、安全、卫生等方面的隐患。为此,通过教育管理部门建立教育系统主副食预选供应商库,招标录用符合资格、信誉好、实力强的配送专门公司为系统内学校服务,不仅可以提高学校后勤服务的效率,降低了成本,还可以使学校食堂主副食配送服务的安全卫生得到切实的保障。
Abstract:
The canteen work is an important part of the school logistics service. Not only the whole school teachers and students arevery concerned, but also the parents and society are very concerned. However, at present, the main staple and non-staple food in theschool canteen is still mainly supplied by the traditional self-purchasing and self-delivering mode or by contracting with suppliers. Thisway not only wastes human and material resources to a certain extent, but also has hidden dangers in the quality, safety and hygiene ofthe staple and non-staple foods distributed. To this end, through the education management department to establish the pre-selectionsupplier bank of main and non-staple food in the education system, invite tenders to recruit qualified, reputable and strong distributioncompanies to serve schools in the system, not only can improve the efficiency of school logistics services, reduce costs, but also canmake the safety and hygiene of school canteen main and non-staple food distribution services effectively improved and guaranteed.
