摘要:
医疗保险作为有效促进医疗、医保及医药联动（三医联动）的重要引擎，其制度发展路径与“三医”体制改革 息息相关，其改革过程中涉及的“需方”与“供方”博弈成为破除“三医联动”改革利益壁垒的关键。文章分析了“三医联动” 现状、医疗保险制度与“三医联动”之间的关系，并基于医疗保险制度发展现状展望了“三医联动”下医疗保险制度的发展前 景，为探索医疗保险制度未来可能性发展路径提供参考。
Abstract:
Medical insurance is an important engine to promote the linkage of medical care, medical insurance and medicine (Three Medical Linkages) effectively. Its system development path is closely related to the reform of these three systems. The game between “demand side” and “supply side” involved in the reform process has become the key to break down the barriers of interest in the reform of medical care, medical insurance and medicine. This paper analyses the current situation of Three Medical Linkages, the relationship between the medical insurance system and Three Medical Linkages, and looks forward to the development prospects of the medical insurance system under three medical linkages based on the current situation of the development of the medical insurance system, so as to provide a reference for exploring the possible development path of the medical insurance system in the future.
