摘要:: 文章结合某车型的开发经验，阐述项目管理在整车开发过程中的执行要素及具体开展方式。通过分析项目管理在开展过程中遇到的问题及解决思路，为后续车型开发提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:: Based on the development experience of a vehicle model, this paper elaborates the execution elements and specific ways of project management in the process of vehicle development. By analyzing the problems and solutions of project management in the process of development, it can provide reference for the follow-up vehicle development.
