在乡村振兴战略背景下，乡村旅游成为当今热门话题。但乡村旅游的迅速发展，也使其旅游服务质量问题越发 凸显，严重影响了游客的旅游体验。文章立足于乡村振兴的战略背景，以广西“美丽南方”景区为例，通过 22 个评价因子对景 区的旅游服务质量进行调查，发现游客对广西“美丽南方”景区总体满意度处于一般和满意之间，同时景区还存在交通基础设 施薄弱、服务人员服务欠缺、接待服务不足、信息服务不到位等旅游服务质量问题，并针对这些问题提出相应的对策，以提升 美丽南方景区的服务质量，促进乡村旅游业发展。
Abstract:
Rural tourism has become a hot topic under the background of strategy of rural revitalization. However, the rapid development of rural tourism also makes the quality of its tourism services more and more prominent, which seriously affects the tourist experience. On the background of rural revitalization strategy, this paper takes the Beautiful Southern Scenic Spot in Guangxi as an example and investigates the tourism service quality through 22 evaluation factors. It is found that the overall satisfaction of tourists to the South Beautiful Scenic Spot in Guangxi is between general and satisfactory. At the same time, there are still some quality problems in the scenic spots, such as weak transportation infrastructure, lack of service personnel, inadequate reception services and inadequate information services. In order to improve the service quality of the beautiful southern scenic spots and promote the development of rural tourism, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to solve these problems.
