摘要:
信息技术的快速发展和普遍应用给高校兼职教师管理带来了巨大机遇和挑战，高职院校应因势而动、顺势而为， 主动利用现代信息技术来丰富选聘形式、创新培训模式、优化考评方式、建立健全数据库，全方位提升信息化条件下兼职教师 管理的质量和水平。
Abstract:
The rapid development and universal application of information technology has brought great opportunities and challenges to the management of part-time teachers in colleges and universities. Higher vocational colleges should take advantage of the trend and the situation to actively use modern information technology to enrich recruitment forms, innovative training models and optimize the evaluation methods, establish a sound database, and improve the quality and level of part-time teacher management under the conditions of informatization.
