目的：探讨 Seminar 教学法在《推拿功法学》课程教学中的应用效果。方法：对广西中医药大学某专业的 200名学生随机分为基于 Seminar 教学法教学组（实验组，n＝100 人）和传统法授课组（对照组，n＝100 人）。以主观问卷调查和 座谈为观察指标，比较两种教学方法的差异性。结果：两组学生问卷调查中，实验组学生在学习满意度、有助于提高学习质量、 有助专业思维培养、有助于临床推拿手法和治疗以及职业发展等几方面所得分值均比对照组分值高（P＜0.05）。结论：Seminar教学法在《推拿功法学》教学中可以有效地激发学生的学习热情、创新能力，提高职业兴趣，促进临床治疗效果的提升，进而 可以更好地达到教与学的交流互动。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the application effect of Seminar teaching method in the teaching of Massage Techniques. Methods: 200 students of a specialty in Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups: Seminar teaching group (experimental group, n＝100) and traditional teaching group (control group, n＝100).The differences between the two teaching methods were compared with subjective questionnaires and interviews. Results: The scores of students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in terms of learning satisfaction, learning quality, professional thinking, clinical manipulation, treatment and career development (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Seminar teaching method can effectively stimulate the learning enthusiasm and innovative ability of the students, enhance their professional interest, promote the clinical treatment effect, and thus achieve better interaction between teaching and learning.
