Title:: The Curative Effect of “Ginger-Moxibustion during Great Heat and Star of Autumn” in Treating 21 Cases of Chronic Cough with the Insufficiency of Lung and Spleen

摘要:: 目的：观察“围大暑立秋节气隔姜火龙灸”治疗肺脾两虚型慢性咳嗽的原始疗效。方法：采用“围大暑立秋节气隔姜火龙灸”方法，治疗肺脾气虚型慢性咳嗽患者，每6 天1 次，共治5 次，共收集21 例，统计临床疗效和治疗后 CAT 平均评分的变化。结果：临床疗效上，治愈14 例，占66.7%；显效5 例，占23.8%；有效2 例，占9.5%；无效0 例；总有效率为100%。在19 例痊愈和显著缓解的病例中，治疗3 个月后复发仅1 例，复发比例为5.26%。结论：“围大暑立秋节气隔姜火龙灸”治疗肺脾两虚型咳嗽理论有据、临床有效，有望发展为一种成熟的临床推广运用方法。

Abstract:: Objective: To observe the original curative effect of “Ginger-Moxibustion during Great Heat and Star of Autumn” in treating chronic cough with the insufficiency of lung and spleen. Methods: Using“Ginger-Moxibustion during Great Heat and Star of Autumn” to treat the patients of chronic cough with the deficiency of lung and spleen, 1 time every 6 days, 5 times of every 1 treatment, and 21 cases were collected, and the changes of clinical efficacy and CAT score after treatment were analyzed statistically. Results: On clinical efficacy, 14 cases were cured, accounting for 66.7%; 5 cases were markedly effective, accounting for 23.8%; 2 cases were effective, accounting for 9.5%; no case is ineffective, and the total effective rate was 100%. Among the 19 cases of recovery and significant remission, only 1 case relapsed after 3 months of treatment, with a recurrence rate of 5.26. Conclusion:“Ginger-Moxibustion during Great Heat and Star of Autumn” in treating chronic cough with the insufficiency of lung and spleen is with the valid theory and the effective effect. The therapy is also expected to develop into a mature method of clinical popularization and application.
