摘要:
目的：旨在探讨中频脉冲导入中药三香双术散治疗小儿腹泻病的疗效，为中医外治法治疗泄泻的提供新思路及临床基础数据。方法：从2016 年9 月至2017 年8 月期间深圳市宝安中医院（集团）儿科住院部及门诊收集符合本研究纳入标准的病例数共90 例，采用随机对照的研究方法分为治疗组A、对照组B1、对照组B2 三组，每组各30 人。三组患儿均予西医常规内治法治疗（轻度脱水予口服补液盐及微生态制剂、中度脱水予静脉补液，有感染表现时予抗生素治疗，有发热、呕吐等予对症处理）；治疗组A：在西医常规内治法治疗基础上，加用中频脉冲药物导入治疗仪治疗；对照组B1：予西医常规内治法治疗；对照组B2：在西医常规内治法治疗基础上，加用单纯的中药三香双术散穴位贴敷治疗。实验结束后，对三组患儿临床疗效进行比较分析。结果：治疗后，治疗组患儿临床总有效率为93.3%，明显高于对照组B1 的56.7%及对照组B2 的76.7%（P＜0.05），治疗组在大便次数及大便性状改善方面优于对照组B1 及对照组B2，三组比较差异显著（P＜0.05），且治疗组中医症候总积分方面下降亦明显低于对照两组，三组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中频脉冲导入中药三香双术散治疗小儿腹泻病疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the efficacy of the medium frequency pulse introduction of traditional Chinese medicine Sanxiang Shuangshu powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea, so as to e provide new ideas and basic clinical data for the treatment of diarrhea by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: A total of 90 cases that met the inclusion criteria of this study were collected in the pediatric inpatient department and outpatient department of Daoan District Hospital of Shenzhen City from September 2016 to August 2017.The cases were randomly divided into treatment group A, control group B1 and control group B2 with 30 patients in each group. Three groups of children are in the conventional western medicine therapy treatment. Mild dehydration was treated with oral rehydration salts and microecologicals, and moderate dehydration was treated with intravenous rehydration. Antibiotics were given for infection, and symptomatic treatment was given for fever and vomiting. Treatment group A: In addition to the conventional internal treatment in western medicine, the group was also treated with an intermediate frequency pulsed drug induction therapy apparatus. Control group B1: In addition to the conventional internal treatment in western medicine, the group was only treated with the conventional internal treatment in western medicine.Control group B2: In addition to the conventional internal treatment in western medicine, the group was also treated with Sanxiangshuangshu acupoint application therapy. After the experiment, the clinical efficacy of the three groups was compared and analyzed. Conclusion: After treatment, the clinical total effective rate was 93.3% in children with treatment group, which was obviously higher than that of B1 (56.7%, P＜0.05 ) and B2 (76.7%, P＜0.05), and TCM symptoms in treatment group was significantly lower than the contrast in the two groups in terms of total integral, three groups are statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).The application of the medium frequency pulse introduction of traditional Chinese medicine Sanxiang Shuangshu powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea is effective and worthy of clinical application.
