摘要:
随着新能源发电和分布式电源的并网容量不断增加,对电网在电压质量、功率稳定、网络损耗、供电可靠性水平等方面有了更高的要求。储能有利于提高新能源和分布式电源的消纳能力,促进新能源和分布式电源开发利用,在新能源、分布式电源与电网协调发展中的作用越来越重要。文章从新能源、分布式电源与电网协调发展需求出发,分析了储能在发电侧、大电网、配电网及用户侧的作用。
Abstract:
With the increasing of the grid-connected capacity of new energy power generation and distributed power, higher requirements are put forward for the power network in terms of voltage quality, power stability, network loss and power supply reliability level, etc. Energy storage is conducive to improving the absorption capacity of new energy and distributed power, promoting the development and utilization of new energy and distributed power. It plays an increasingly important role in the coordinated development of new energy, distributed power generation and power grid. Based on the demand of coordinated development of new energy, distributed power and power grid, this paper analyzes the function of energy storage in power generation side, large power network side, distribution network and user side.
