摘要:: 文章以广西交通职业技术学院汽车系为例，结合该系的实际情况，分析了汽车系学生管理与服务工作近年来面临的问题，论述了“三全育人”理念下开展学生综合培养平台建设的积极意义及平台建设实践情况，并提出了相关建议，为新时代开展高职院校学生管理与服务工作提供参考。

Abstract:: Taking the Automobile Department of Guangxi Transport Vocational and Technical College as an example and combining the actual situation of the department, the problems faced by the students? management and service work in the department in recent years were analyzed and the positive significance and practice of developing the platform construction of the comprehensive training of students under the concept of “Sanquan Education” was expounded, and the relevant suggestions were put forward. It provides a reference for the management and service of students in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
