摘要:
基于广西高等教育本科教学改革工程重点项目——《“管工融合”视角下地方高校土地资源管理专业拔尖创新人才培养体系的构建与实践》开展问卷调查研究。文章通过研究土地资源管理拔尖创新人才的成长规律，总结提炼土地资源管理专业领域已有拔尖创新人才的共性特点，揭示了土地资源管理专业拔尖创新人才成长及培养存在的问题，并提出相关建议。研究对提高高校拔尖创新人才培养水平，推进高校协同创新、加快建设创新型国家步伐有重要实践意义。
Abstract:
Based on a key project in undergraduate teaching reform projects of higher education in Guangxi: Construction and Practice of Top Innovative Talents Training System for Land Resources Management Major in Local Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of “Integration of Management and Engineering”, a questionnaire survey was carried out. By studying the growth law of top innovative talents in land resource management, the common characteristics of top innovative talents in the field of land resource management were summarized and refined, the problems existing in the growth and training of top innovative talents in land resource management were revealed, and the relevant suggestions were put forward. It is of great practical significance to improve the cultivation level of top-notch innovative talents in colleges and universities, promote collaborative innovation in colleges and universities, and accelerate the pace of building an innovative country.
