摘要:
作为高校学生思想教育与管理队伍的有益补充，高校助理班主任需要更多的关爱和扶持，文章从加大投入、强化意识、减轻负担等方面，探讨如何关爱扶持助理班主任的具体措施。
Abstract:
As a useful supplement to the ideological education and management team of college students, assistant class teachers in colleges and universities need more care and support. This paper discusses how to care for and support assistant class teachers from the aspects of increasing investment, strengthening consciousness and lightening burden.
