摘要:
目的：探讨开展品管圈（QCC）活动提高ICU 血标本采集合格率的效果。方法：成立QCC 小组，选定活动主题，根据质量管理循环（PDCA 循环）制定活动计划，通过对现状进行调查，采集相关数据，运用二八法则分析血标本采集的不良影响因素。结果：实施QCC 不仅可以有效提高ICU 血标本采集合格率，还有利于圈员各方面能力的提高和推动科室护理质量管理模式的转变。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effect of Quality Control Circle (QCC) activities to increase the eligible rate of ICU blood specimen collection. Method: Set up a QCC team, select the theme, formulate the activity plan according to the quality control cycle (PDCA cycle), collect the relevant data by investigating the status, and use the Pareto’s law to analyze that the improvement of this activity is the technical level of the nursing staff. Results: The implementation of QCC can not only effectively improve ICU blood sample collection qualification rate, but also improve the ability of the members in all aspects and promote the transformation of the departmental nursing quality management model.
