摘要:
目的：分析恭城瑶族自治县手足口病流行病学特征，为当地的防治提供科学依据。方法：通过《国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统》收集该县2008-2016 年各乡镇手足口病病例疫情报告，采用Excel 软件进行统计及描述流行病学方法分析。结果：在过去的9 年中该县10 个乡镇和矿区及流动人口报告手足口病病例共8025 例，死亡病例共3 例，人群发病率为330.91/10万，但近三年年均发病率为587.50/10 万，发病率有增多的趋势。全县各乡镇均有病例报告，流行高峰期为4～7 月份，4 岁以下幼儿占总病例数的92.14%，散居儿童占77.79%，病原学检测EV71 病毒阳性率占33.33%，Cox A16 病毒阳性率占22.99%，其它肠道病毒阳性率占43.68%。结论：该县近几年手足口病病例有增多的趋势，因此，需进一步加强该病的防治。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze on the epidemiological characteristics of Hand-Foot-and-Mouth-Disease（HFMD）in Guangxi Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County, and to provide scientific basis for the local prevention and treatment of the disease. Method: Mainly through the “National Disease Surveillance Information Reporting Management System” to collect the HFMD epidemic report of each township in the county from 2008-2016, using Excel software for statistical and descriptive epidemiological analysis. Result: In the past nine years, 8025 cases of HFMD have been reported in 10 towns, mining areas and floating population in this county. There are 3 deaths. The incidence of HFMD is 330.91/100,000. However, the average annual incidence in recent three years is 587.50/100,000, and the incidence is increasing. Cases were reported in all townships of the county. The peak period of epidemic was from April to July. Children under 4 years old accounted for 92.14% of the total cases, scattered children accounted for 77.79%, EV71 virus positive rate was 33.33%, Cox A16 virus positive rate was 22.99%, and other enteroviruses positive rate was 43.68%. Conclusion: The incidence of HFMD in this county has been increasing in recent years. Therefore, the prevention and control of HFMD should be further strengthened.
