目的:观察生物反馈治疗对低位直肠癌患者Dixon 术后排便功能异常治疗效果。方法:将2016 年3 月至2018年3 月期间在广西中医药大学第一附属医院胃肠肛门外科确诊为低位直肠癌并行手术治疗,术后出现排便次数增多(大便每日大于五次)的30 例患者,按随机数字法分为生物反馈治疗组(治疗组)和常规提肛锻炼组(对照组),对两组患者治疗前后一个月内的排便次数进行对比,找出生物反馈治疗与常规提肛锻炼的治疗效果差异。结果:发现生物反馈治疗组的排便次数明显比常规提肛锻炼的少,生物反馈组效果更好,差异有统计学意义。结论:生物反馈治疗能够明显减少低位直肠癌患者Dixon 术后排便次数,值得临床推广。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effect of biofeedback therapy on the patients with dyssynergic defecation disorder due to Dixon operation of low rectal cancer. Methods: From March 2016 to March 2018, the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery, 30 patients who were diagnosed with low rectal cancer and has the increasing of defecation frequency after Dixon operation (more than five times a day) in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine were divided into two groups according to the random number method: the biofeedback treatment group (treatment group) and the routine levator ani exercise group (control group). The defecation times of the two groups before and after treatment were compared to find the difference between the effect of biofeedback therapy and routine levator exercise. The results showed the defecation times of the biofeedback treatment group was significantly less than that of the conventional levator ani exercise group, and the effect of the biofeedback group was better, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Biofeedback therapy can significantly reduce the defecation times of patients with low rectal cancer after Dixon, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
