摘要:
中医临床医师规范培训是加快中医学人才培养的一个重要措施，对培养经验丰富的中医临床医师，提高中医临床医师的水平有重要意义。当前，全国各地大型中医医院都在以基地模式进行中医住院医师规范化培训。文章对中医住院医师规范化培训过程中出现的问题进行归纳整理，并在此基础上提出了相应的解决方案。
Abstract:
The standardized training of TCM clinicians is an important measure to accelerate the training of TCM talents, which is of great significance to the training of experienced TCM clinicians and the improvement of TCM clinicians. At present, large Chinese medicine hospitals all over the country have been conducting standardized training of Chinese medicine resident physicians in the base mode. In this paper, the problems in the process of the standardized training of resident physicians in Chinese medicine were analyzed, and on this basis, the corresponding solutions were puts forward.
