摘要:
高校组织部门作为高校党委的重要职能部门，必须在加强政治文化建设方面起到模范表率作用。文章论述了高校组织部门政治文化建设的重要意义，并从强化思想政治教育、素质能力提升、作风建设和制度建设四个方面，对加强高校组织部门政治文化建设提出建议。
Abstract:
As an important function department of college party committee, the organization department should play an exemplary role in promoting political culture development. This paper discussed the important significance of political culture construction in the organization department of colleges and universities and put forward suggestions on promoting political culture development in organization departments of college party committees in four aspects: strengthening ideological and political education, improving qualities and capabilities of cadres, style construction and system establishment.
