摘要:
文章论述了高校组织工作的重要性，并从思想观念、队伍素质、作风建设、考核机制四个方面分析了目前高校组工干部队伍建设面临的问题，并据此提出加强组工干部队伍建设的建议，提高高校组工干部的整体素质，以便更好地落实党的高等教育政策，促进党的健康发展。
Abstract:
This paper expounds the importance of organization work in colleges and universities, and analyses the problems faced by the construction of cadres in the organization department of colleges and universities from four aspects: ideological concept, team quality, work style construction and evaluation mechanism, and accordingly puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the construction of cadres in the organization department, so as to improve the overall quality of the cadres, so as to implement the Party’s higher education policy and promote the healthy development of the Party.
