摘要:
为有效推进国家卓越工程师培养计划和应用转型发展，文章以钦州学院食品科学与工程专业卓越工程师培养为例，以培养目标、培养模式、课程设置、企业实践教育等为重点，探讨北部湾地区食品人才的教育培养模式，以形成具有地方特色的应用型本科院校食品卓越人才培养体系。
Abstract:
In order to effectively promote the development of national excellent engineer training plan and application transformation, this paper takes the training of excellent engineers in food science and engineering specialty of Qinzhou University as an example, focusing on training objectives, training modes, curriculum settings and enterprise practical education, and explores the education and training mode of food talents in Beibu Gulf region. The talent training system of application-oriented universities which has local characteristic has been formed.
