摘要:
目的:研究注射用血栓通(冻干)与盐酸克林霉素注射液配伍的毒性和含量变化情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:通过小鼠急性毒性试验,了解两者配伍后毒性变化;采用高效液相方法检测两者配伍后含量变化情况。结果:注射用血栓通(冻干)与盐酸克林霉素注射液配伍前后主要成分含量无明显变化,但两者配伍后毒性增加。结论:注射用血栓通(冻干)与盐酸克林霉素注射液不宜在临床上配伍使用。
Abstract:
Objective: To research on the changes of the toxicity and the contents of components after compatibility of lyophilized Xueshuantong for injection and clindamycin hydrochloride injection, and provide a basis for rational use of drugs. Methods: The changes of the compatibility toxicity were studied through the acute toxicity test in mouse, and the contents of components in lyophilized Xueshuantong and clindamycin hydrochloride injection were examined by HPLC method. Results: The contents of main components did not change significantly after compatibility of the two medicines, but the toxicity increased. Conclusion: The compatibility of lyophilized Xueshuantong and clindamycin hydrochloride injection should be avoided in clinic.
