文章以纯电动轻卡为例,根据整车参数和整车性能指标,通过理论计算来确定电机、后桥速比和电池包的参数。采用Cruise 搭建整车模型,验证整车配置是否满足整车性能设计要求。结果表明:仿真结果中的最大爬坡度、最高车速、0~80km/h加速时间和续航里程等指标均满足设计需要。对比道路试验结果,试验数据与仿真数据基本相符,验证了Cruise 仿真在工程实践中的可行性。
Abstract:
Taking a pure-electric light truck as example, the parameters of the motor, the ratio of rear axle speed and the battery pack were determined by theoretical calculation which was based on the parameters and performance indexes of all vehicle. In addition, the feasibility of vehicle configuration performance design was tested by a model built on the Cruise. The results indicated that the maximum grade, maximum speed, the time of 0~80km/h acceleration and cruising range in simulation system could meet the design requirements. Compared with the road test results, the test data was basically consistent with the simulation data, which verified that Cruise simulation is feasible in engineering practice.
