摘要:
随着经济的快速发展和城市化进程的加快，阳朔县原有的城市规模、道路和基础设施等已经难以承载现实的需求，并且外来移居人员不断增加，加重了原有城市的负担。因此，从2008 年开始阳朔县开始实施新城区的开发。新城区的建设现已经过去将近十年的时间，建设过程中存在着项目前期考察不足、资金匮乏、征地搬迁安置、土地资源浪费等问题，文章结合国内新城区建设的经验，对存在的问题进行了分析并提出相应对策建议。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of economy and the speeding up of urbanization, in Yangshuo County, the original urban size, roads and infrastructure and so on are difficult to carry the reality demand, besides the foreign staff continuously increase, which aggravated the burden of the original city. Therefore, Yangshuo government has constructed new urban district county since 2008. From then on, the construction of the new town now has nearly 10 years. In the process of the construction, there are some problems in the construction process such as the investigation deficiencies in the earlier project, the lack of funds, the land acquisition and moving resettlement, and the waste of land resources and so on. Based on the experience of new urban construction at home, this paper analyzed the problems existing the construction of new urban district of Yangshuo and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
