摘要:
文章结合高职院校科研团队建设的特点，从团队业绩、团队建设、人才培养等方面进行多维度地构建评价指标体系，采用模糊数学理论建立高职院校科研团队建设评价模型，并利用最大隶属度法则对广西交通职业技术学院某科研团队建设进行模糊综合评价，为高职院校科研团队建设提供实用、科学的评价方法。
Abstract:
Based on the characteristics of scientific research team construction in higher vocational colleges, from the team performance, team construction, personnel training, etc. the multidimensional evaluation index system was build. According to fuzzy mathematics theory, the evaluation model of scientific research team construction in higher vocational colleges was established, and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the scientific research team construction of Guangxi Transport Vocational and Technical College was made by using the rule of maximum membership degree, which provides a practical and scientific evaluation method for the scientific research team construction in higher vocational colleges.
