摘要:
中医药院校干部能力和素质的提高对促进高校的可持续发展具有重要的意义。文章主要研究中医药院校干部培训工作中存在的问题及解决策略，以期促进中医药院校干部培训工作水平。
Abstract:
The improvement of the ability and quality of cadres in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities is of great significance to the sustainable development of colleges and universities. This paper mainly studies the problems and solutions in the training of cadres in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities so as to promote the training level of cadres in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities.
