摘要:
目的:观察射频消融术联合臭氧治疗颈椎关节突关节综合征的临床治疗效果。方法:收集2015 年10 月至2016年8 月期间广西中医药大学第一附属医院住院颈椎关节突关节疼痛综合征的患者60 例。随机分为A组(n=30)和B组(n=30),A组采取射频消融联合臭氧治疗,B组患者给予颈痛颗粒服用,3 次/d,1 袋/次,2 周后停药。记录所有患者治疗前和治疗后1 周、1 月、3 月、半年、1 年时颈痛视觉模拟评分(VAS),及治疗1 年后颈椎功能Macnab 疗效评定。结果:不同的治疗时间对患者疼痛评分的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同的治疗方法对患者疼痛评分的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者治疗1 年后颈椎功能Macnab 疗效比较,具有统计学意义(t=32.3a P<0.05)。结论:射频消融术联合臭氧治疗颈椎关节突关节疼痛综合征[1,2]具有创伤小,安全性高,短期疗效好,有效的微创手术治疗的方式之一。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone in the treatment of cervical zygapophyseal join pain syndrome. Methods: Sixty patients with cervical zygapophyseal join pain syndrome from First Clinical Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine between October 2015 and August 2016 were collected. They were randomly divided into group A (n=30) and group B (n=30). Group A was treated with radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone. Group B patients were given neck pain granules for 2 weeks (3times/d, 1bag/time). Neck pain visual analog scale (VAS) of all patients were recorded before treatment and 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year after treatment and the cervical vertebrae function Macnab efficacies were evaluated 1year after treatment. Results: The effect of treatment time on pain scores of patients was statistically significant (P<0.05). The effect of treatment methods on pain scores of patients was statistically significant (P<0.05). The efficacies of cervical vertebrae function Macnab after treatment 1 year of in both groups were compared, with statistical significance (t=32.3a P<0.05). Conclusion: Radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone treatment for cervical zygapophyseal join paint syndrome [1,2] is one of the methods of minimally invasive, high safety, low recurrence rate and effective minimally invasive surgery.
