摘要:
目的:比较杨桃根、叶和果实三个部位不同极性溶剂提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用。方法:建立高效液相色谱法测定体外抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶作用,对杨桃不同部位提取物的抑制作用进行评价筛选。结果:同等质量浓度下,杨桃根各提取物均对α-葡萄糖苷酶有抑制作用,杨桃叶乙醇冷浸提取物的抑制活性较强,而杨桃果实各提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用较差。结论:杨桃根各提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶均有较强抑制作用,其作为α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂具有潜在开发价值。
Abstract:
Objectives: To study α-glucosidase inhibitory activities of the extracts from the roots, leaves and fruits part of Averrhoa carambola using different polar solvent. Methods: By establishing high-performance liquid chromatography method to evaluate α-glucosidase inhibitory activities in vitro, the activities of the extracts from different parts of Averrhoa carambola were screened. Results: All of the extracts from the root part of Averrhoa carambola showed inhibitory activities against α-glucosidase. The ethanol extracts obtained under room temperature showed stronger inhibitory activities of α-glucosidase. The extracts from fruit part showed very weak inhibitory activities against α-glucosidase. Conclusions: All of the extracts from the root part of Averrhoa carambola showed inhibitory activities against α-glucosidase, which showed a potent value to develop as α-glucosidase inhibitors.
