摘要:
随着核电的快速发展，核能发电企业的创新能力及科研管理水平成为提高其综合实力的一个重要支撑条件。文章针对当前核能发电企业存在的重生产轻科研、科研管理制度不健全、科研人员不稳定等问题，从理念转变、制度建设、人员培养等方面提出管理创新策略，明确关键举措在于科研管理组织架构的设计，可为核能发电企业的科研管理提供参考。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of nuclear power, the innovation ability and scientific research management level of nuclear power generation enterprises have become an important supporting condition for improving their comprehensive strength. Aiming at the problems existing in the nuclear power generation enterprises, such as paying attention to production and despising scientific research, the scientific research management system is not sound, instability of scientific researchers, etc. The management innovation strategy is put forward from the aspects of concept transformation, system construction and personnel training. The key measure is to design the structure of scientific research management organization, which can provide reference for the scientific research management of potential power generation enterprises.
