摘要:
高校越来越重视辅导员队伍的建设。但因辅导员队伍不够稳定等诸多问题，辅导员队伍职业化专业化发展面临困扰。通过分析目前高校辅导员的现状及存在问题，寻求辅导员队伍职业化专业化建设的途径，进一步提升高校辅导员的工作能力和育人水平，为高校培养高技能应用型人才提供有力保障。
Abstract:
Colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the development of college counselors. The development of college counselors’ professionalism and specialization be puzzled by many problems such as the team is not stable and others. Based on the analysis of the status and problems of the professional development of college counselors, this paper aims to find a way to develop the college counselors’ professionalism and specialization construction in order to enhance the capability and educating level of them, and provide a strong guarantee for colleges and universities to cultivate the applied talents with high professional qualification.
