文章结合某氧化铝厂的生产实践，详细阐述了水平带式过滤机在二段分解法晶种过滤流程中的应用，重点分析其在实际生产应用中存在的问题，提出相关解决方案，并在实际生产实施中取得良好效果，为氧化铝项目提供有效的技术保障，也为氧化铝的生产增加设备选型的选择。
Abstract:
Combining the production practice of an alumina plant, the application of the horizontal belt type filter in the filtration of seed crystal of two-stage decomposition process was described in detail, the existing problems of the application were analyzed and the solution of the problems were put forward, and achieved good results in the actual production implementation. It provides effective technical support for alumina projects, also increase the selection of equipment type selection for alumina production.
