摘要:
随着信息技术的飞速发展，在大数据时代，科技管理部门的管理活动逐步从粗放式管理向精细化转换，由单项管理走向趋势化复合管理转换，对全局性事项预测的实时性与准确性要求更高。建立科技大数据平台是顺应目前科技行业信息化技术水平发展、服务政府职能转变的要求，通过强化科技与经济运行监测分析，实现科技管理者、参与创新创业的科研机构、企业和个人的全方位、一站式的云管理和服务，实现科技资源、科技数据、科技服务、科技管理的互联互通和开放共享。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of information technology, in the era of large data, the management activities of science and technology management departments have gradually changed from extensive management to fine management, from single management to trend complex management, which requires higher real-time and accuracy for the prediction of global issues. The establishment of a large scientific and technological data platform accords with the demand of the development of technology level and the transformation of government functions. Through strengthening the monitoring and analysis of the scientific and technological and economic operation, it can realize the all-round, one-stop cloud management and service of scientific and technological managers, scientific research institutions, enterprises and individuals, realize the interconnection, openness and sharing of technology resources, science and technology data, technology services and technology management.
