摘要:
随着民族地区整体文化水平的提高，农民收入的增加以及生活质量的提升，传统的公共服务供给模式已不能满足人们的需求。多中心治理是坚持政府为指导的原则下，推动各主体相互合作、共同竞争以及互相监督，形成相互制约的治理模式。文章分析了民族地区公共服务供给现状以及存在的问题，并基于多中心治理探讨相关对策，为民族地区公共服务供给模式的创新提供了新思路。
Abstract:
With the improvement of the overall cultural level of ethnic areas, the increase of farmers’ income and the improvement of their quality of life, the traditional mode of public service supply can no longer meet people’s needs. Multi-center governance is insisting on the principle, the government as the guide, to promote the mutual cooperation, mutual competition and mutual supervision among various parties and form the governance model of interaction. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of public service supply in minority areas and discusses relevant countermeasures based on multi-center governance, which provides a new idea for the innovation of supply mode of public service in ethnic areas.
