摘要:
合同管理是工程项目管理的重要内容之一，文章探讨了在公路工程合同管理过程中的要求，并结合贵港至合浦高速公路建设过程中的合同管理经验就公路工程的合同管理方案设计与应用进行分析与探讨，希望有所借鉴。
Abstract:
Contract management is one of the important contents of project management. In this paper, the requirements of the process of highway engineering contract management is discussed, and the author analyses and discusses the design and application of contract management scheme of highway engineering with the experience of contract management in the construction of the expressway engineering from Guigang to Hepu.
