摘要:
目的：观察健脾益气膏方联合HAART 促进气虚型免疫重建不良艾滋病患者免疫重建的临床疗效；方法：纳入气虚型免疫重建不良艾滋病患者82 例，随机分为两组，治疗组采用健脾益气膏方联合HAART，对照组单纯使用HAART，用药3 个月，观察治疗前后CD4＋T 淋巴细胞计数、症状体征积分、生活质量评分等。结果：两组在年龄、病程、性别等方面没有差异（P＞0.05），具有可比性；治疗前、治疗后两组症状体征积分、卡氏积分、ALT 都没有差异；两组治疗前组间CD4＋T淋巴细胞计数比较没有差异（P＞0.05），治疗后组间CD4＋T 淋巴细胞计数比较有差异（P＜0.05），组内CD4＋T 淋巴细胞计数比较有差异（P＜0.05），治疗后CD4＋T 淋巴细胞均增高。结论：健脾益气膏方联合HAART 可以促进气虚型免疫重建不良艾滋病患者免疫重建。
Abstract:
Objective: The study aims to observe the clinical curative effect of the combination of Jianpi Yiqi cream formula and HAART to promote the immune reconstruction of AIDS patients with Qi deficiency and immune reconstruction dysfunction. Method: 82 cases of AIDS with Qi deficiency and suboptimal immune reconstruction were randomly divided into two groups, and the treatment group was treated by the combined of Jianpi Yiqi cream formula and HAART and the control group was treated using HAART alone, The CD4＋T lymphocyte count, symptom and sign score, quality of life score were observed before and after treatment for 3 months. Results: Between the two groups, there were no differences on the age, course, gender and other aspects (P＞0.05), it showed comparability. Before and after treatment, there were no differences between the symptom and sign scores, the number of cards, and ALT, and there was no difference on CD4＋t lymphocyte count between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05), while there was difference between the two groups after treatment (P＜0.05). There were differences on CD4＋t lymphocyte count (P＜0.05) of the patients in the same group, and CD4＋t lymphocytes of the patients all increased after treatment. Conclusion: The combination of HAART and Jianpi Yiqi cream formula can promote the immune reconstruction of the patients with Qi deficiency and immune reconstruction dysfunction.
