摘要:
随着中国人口的老龄化，探索适合老年人生活的社区模式势在必行。文章分析阐述广西柳州回澜漫城里康养社区（以下称漫城里）的规划设计，并对当下中国综合型康养社区规划进行探索研究，分别从社区基地选址、产品类型、道路体系、公共服务配套、景观设计五个方面出发，提出符合中国实际发展情况的康养社区规划模式，为发展该类型规划提供参考。
Abstract:
With the aging of the population of China, it is imperative to explore the community models that are suitable for the elderly. In this article, the planning and design of one of the aged-healthy communities in Liuzhou City were analyzed and described. The community is named “Huilan Manchengli” (hereinafter referred to as the “ManCheng” ). Besides, from the five aspects of site selection, product type, road system, public service and landscape design, the article explore and research how to plan and design the aged-healthy communities, and put forward the planning model of aged-healthy community, which accord with the practical development situation of China and can provides the references for the development planning of this kind of communities.
