摘要:
国有企业党建工作和业务工作是相辅相成的有机整体，国有企业做好党建工作就必须正确处理其与业务工作的辩证统一关系。文章对当前国有企业不同程度出现的党建工作与业务工作“两张皮”现象进行剖析，对出现“两张皮”问题的原因进行分析，并在此基础上解决路径。
Abstract:
In state-owned enterprises of China, the party building of CPC and the business are the organic whole and complement each other. The state-owned enterprises must correctly handle the dialectical and unified relationship between the party building and the business work. The article analyzes different degrees of“two skins” phenomenon in the party building and business work of current state-owned enterprises, analyzes the reasons for the problem of "two skin", and puts forward the methods to solve the problem on this basis.
