摘要:
为降低医院药房的退药率，文章统计分析了某医院2017 年4 月至2017 年10 月退药记录的退药次数、退药数量、退药金额、退药剂型、退药原因，结果表明退药发生的主要原因是医嘱的变更。并提出完善退药登记制度、缩短送药时间、加强医护药沟通交流、提高业务水平、加强对不合理处方的干预和监督等系列措施，以降低退药率。
Abstract:
In order to reduce the rate of drug returning, the paper statistically analyzes the times, the amount, the sum, the dosage form and the reasons of returned drugs recorded in a hospital from April 2017 to October 2017. The results show that the main reason for drug returning is the change of medical advice. Finally, the article puts forward a series of measures, including improving the drug returning registration system, shortening the time of drug delivery, strengthening the communication among doctors, nurses and pharmacy, improving the professional skill, strengthening the intervention and supervision of irrational prescriptions to reduce the rate of drug returning.
