文章分析了高校传统沟通课程教学中存在的问题及新媒体环境下“读、研、写、演”情境模式在沟通课程教学中的优势,探讨“读、研、写、演”情境模式在高职沟通课程教学中的实施运用。这种借助新媒体技术引导学生学习职场沟通知识和技能的教学模式,有助于实现校园文化与企业文化的无缝对接,全方位提高学生的就业能力。
Abstract:
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional communication course teaching of colleges and universities, and the advantages of the situation model of “reading, researching, writing and performing” in the teaching of communication courses under the new media environment. Moreover, it explores the implementation and application of the situation mode in the teaching of communication course. The teaching model guides the student to learn communication knowledge and skills of workplace with the aid of the new media technology improving the students’ employment ability, which help to realize the seamless joint between campus culture and enterprise culture, to improve the overall level of the students’ employment ability.
